THE WAREHOUSE PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE
The pressure is real. The gap is growing.
WAGES ARE RISING
Labor costs continue to increase faster than inflation, putting margin under pressure.
RETENTION IS DOWN
Turnover remains high and experienced employees are harder than ever to keep.
PRODUCTIVITY IS DROPPING
Despite more effort, throughput and productivity continue to decline.
EXPECTATIONS ARE HIGHER
Customers demand faster, more accurate service with zero tolerance for error.
AUTOMATION IS EXPENSIVE
Technology investments are larger, more complex, and take years to deliver a meaningful return.
OUR STORY
Why we started Warehouse Performance Group
After more than fourteen years helping some of North America’s largest distribution organizations improve labor performance, one pattern became impossible to ignore:
Companies were investing in new technology and automation — yet not achieving the results they expected.
This limiting factor wasn’t software. It was inconsistent leadership, weak management systems, unclear expectations, and a lack of operational discipline.
Warehouse Performance Group was founded to change that.
We help organizations maximize the performance of their people, processes, and existing technology before they invest in additional software or automation.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Technology should multiply performance — not create it.
High-performing operations are built on a foundation of strong leadership, clear expectations, standardized processes, and a culture of continuous improvement.
When those elements are in place, technology becomes a force multiplier.
When they’re not, technology simply magnifies the problems.
OUR CORE BELIEFS
PEOPLE WANT TO SUCCEED
Create the environment, training, and support so they can.
LEADERS CREATE
CULTURE
Leadership behaviors set the standard and drive performance.
CLARITY DRIVES CONSISTENCY
Clear goals, standards, and processes lead to reliable execution.
DISCIPLINE BEATS HEROICS
Sustainable systems come from systems, not superstars.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IS SYSTEM
Small, everyday improvements create extraordinary results.
PARTNERSHIPS CREATE IMPACT
We win when our clients win — together.
If you want to improve the performance of your operation prior to investing in more technology, let’s start with a conversation.
